OKAY NOW THE TERRIBLE THING IS OVER AND I CAN BREATHE AGAIN. HI, BB. hiiiiiiiiiiiii ♥

So like. Um, Vee? faLDJLADLASDJFASSKDDKD. Jooooon. I can't even, this is such a great coda to my story, because Jon has absolutely deserved this from the beginning and it's such a perfect way to wrap it up while making you also think about where the story goes from there. Like, I don't know, whenever I read stories I read the ending and then I think to myself about that story just kind of continuing on into the future on its own little story-wavelength, another alternate version of reality, and yes I realize it sounds like I am high but that is actually what it is like in my brain.

Um anyway. It's been a long day. In order, my favorite lines:

mentally reminding himself that they put the peanut butter on top of the fridge last night. Jon can’t remember why, but he knows that’s where it is.

LOL ♥

Of course, once Brendon has had coffee it all deteriorates into an impromptu song about toasters, complete with Spencer keeping the beat by tapping on the fridge and Ryan doing harmony in his own inimitable way.

This is the best brain image in the history of brain images, oh god. The image of Brendon and Ryan warbling about toasters while Spencer rocks out on the fridge will never not be amazing.

What’s up?” he says, leaning back into Ryan. (Hey, no one says he minds being shorter.)

D'awwwww. Also, I just love Ryan being enigmatic here.

Ugh, and the ending - I think what I love most about it is that it fits so well into the universe of that story, about how everything is very joking and light between them but that sense of teasing is covering up a very real and deep affection? Like, that is probably not the best way to describe it but you just got it in one, here, with the way Jon reacts to what he knows is coming and the way they all know exactly what they're doing to him and are relishing it ♥

In conclusion: &you;
