I will disclaim all eloquence--this post was just babble, it took maybe ten minutes to write. They make it so easy on me, man. :D

And god, I'd tell you about them as revolutionaries, because there's a prequel I'm fighting with (I think because I started it in the wrong place), but you just, this:

Even if it was just something about Bob drumming something absentmindedly, but something good, on the edge of his desk one day in school, and the teacher cracked a ruler over his knuckles for it and gave him detention. And Brian sat looking at Bob's hands, red and sore, and thought, enough.

That's--you just figured out the RIGHT beginning to that prequel, and I love you so goddamn much for it. That's it, that's how I'll be able to write it. You are AWESOME.
