Unfortunately these profs won't be open to that kind of objection (these would be the same professors that I've been complaining about for a while).

And I'm used to having professors who select texts that are interesting and relevant to the subject, and if they're offensive, it's for a reason, a.k.a. we're expected to learn something from them. I'm used to reading my texts intensely and with great appreciation and attention to detail. This bullshit? It's not even well-written bullshit.
