That's a very different "I shouldn't," for sure. And I'm so glad you've never felt guilty about food. I have, but I can usually recognize the thought as Not Mine, at which point I promptly eat whatever it was I was feeling guilty about (on one occasion, I thought, "I want popcorn AND ice cream," then thought, "You can't have BOTH," then thought a little more, went home, told my sister about it, and we had both.).

I bake when stressed too! I've been baking so many kinds of cookies for the past month and a half, it's hilarious.

I just--I hate guilt and shame, they're not good emotions and they're not anything I want people feeling over food of all things, you know?
