popoffacork! Since it is both a rare pairing and a magical realism AU, well, I feel it was sort of obviously mine. I'm reposting it here because I like having all my stories in one place (I'm weirdly organized about very few things in my life, but writing is one of them). I still have to answer all the lovely feedback I got over there, but that'll have to wait until, hmm, maybe when I'm at work.
I had so much fun writing this story, you have no idea. The house is alive! *beams*
