I almost feel like a fraud, sometimes, when I talk about these subjects. But today I talked to my Cultural Theory lecturer - who specialises in gender and sexuality and winds up officials when they ask her if she's a Miss or a Mrs - about the hubris in Marist theory and, separately, Judith Butler, and it's put me in such a good mood. Besides which, some of the people I love most in the world are LGBT, and can't get married in their home country, so doesn't that mean I can talk about it?
Um. That wasn't about you. That was me and my issues. But mostly it was me trying to say I love that there is a day like this, and that I love you. ♥
