Ingredients:

100 g smoked tofu
about a normal-sized (breakfast cereal-type) bowl of fresh spinach (I realize that's not a normal measurement, but I rinse spinach by putting some in a bowl and pouring cold water on it and letting it sit for a bit)
1 pear
lemon juice, black pepper, salt for seasoning
goat cheese
cook pasta (enough for one person)

Cook the pasta if you haven't already done that (this is excellent if you want to use up leftovers). Cut the tofu into bite-sized chunks. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Put tofu plus pears in frying pan, season with salt and pepper, fry it for a while on medium heat until the tofu is looking crisper and the pears are a little darker, then add lemon juice, then the rinsed spinach and keep stirring until it wilts. Add pasta, fry a little more, put in a bowl, add crumpled goat cheese and potentially more lemon, enjoy.

I do not have a camera or I would show you--it looks as good as it tastes. And god, it's so easy.

EXCELLENT. It is most adjustable, seriously. (I basically invented it from a mix of a smoked tofu salad recipe and one for pear/asparagus pasta and something else, I forgot what.)

OMG, that sounds delicious. I cannot eat pears, but I will ponder a fruit to substitute. UNF.

SO GOOD. Hmm, I wonder if mango might work? (And that's sad, is it allergies?)

I WANT TO TRY THAT. Spinach is one of my favourite things ever. And cheese! Please keep talking about the yummy things you eat, it brings me great joy.

p.s. 'crumbled'?

YOU SHOULD. And I shall! I basically made this one up from three different recipes--fun fact: googling ingredients together to see if people ever combine them can get you some great things.

yes. LOL. I'm leaving it in because it's hilarious, but thank you!

For the longest time I was dubious of cooked fruit, but I'm branching out and that sounds good!
